Varicent Developer

for a

Contract

job with a client in

Tempe, AZ . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Varicent software, including Composer, Reports Studio, and Web Admin tools. This role involves configuring incentive compensation plans, developing ETL processes, and creating dynamic dashboards and reports.

Rate Range:

$41.67/hour to $56.82/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Varicent Developer job responsibilities include:

Translate business requirements into functional Varicent models, including data models, workflows, calculations, and reports. Configure compensation plans, quotas, crediting rules, and incentive structures within the Varicent platform. Develop and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Create and publish dynamic dashboards and reports for commission insights and performance tracking. Resolve technical issues, provide user support, and participate in system upgrades and enhancements. Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides and data flow diagrams. Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Varicent software (Composer, Reports Studio, Web Admin). Experience in incentive compensation modeling and configuration. Proficiency in ETL development and data pipeline management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Pay Details:

$41.67 to $56.82 per hour
