Position Summary

We are seeking a versatile and proactive

Manager of Creative Services

to lead and execute the day-to-day creative and content marketing needs of our mission-driven organization. This hands-on role is ideal for a skilled creator who thrives in a dynamic environment where storytelling, content development, and project management converge.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and detail, excellent written communication skills, and experience managing content across multiple channels including email, website, and social media. This role is both strategic and tactical-balancing high-level planning with direct content creation and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management Develop, write, design, and distribute compelling content for various platforms including:

Email campaigns and newsletters (Constant Contact, or similar) Website updates and landing pages (WordPress CMS required, Elementor) Social media posts, stories, and campaigns (across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Event and campaign collateral (flyers, signage, presentations, etc.)

Maintain and update a consistent

social media calendar

aligned with organizational priorities and events. Website & CMS Management

Serve as primary administrator for the organization's website (WordPress). Ensure content is current, accurate, and optimized for SEO and accessibility. Collaborate with internal teams to post event pages, and other timely updates. Email Marketing

Design, build, and deploy email marketing campaigns. Manage audience lists, A/B testing, and analyze performance to optimize engagement. Event Support

Create and manage visual and written content for events, including:

On-site and digital signage Branded materials and displays Pre- and post-event communications

Brand Stewardship & Strategy

Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and support a unified voice and visual identity. Contribute to content ideation and creative strategy in support of fundraising, advocacy, and awareness efforts. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field-or equivalent experience. 4+ years of relevant experience in a content creation, marketing, or communications role. Proven experience managing websites with

WordPress . Proficiency in email marketing platforms Working knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Metricool, etc). Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision. Passion for mission-driven work and non-profit environments. Nice to Have

Photography/videography skills or experience managing visual media projects. Knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Analytics. Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team. What We Offer
