Lead one or more project work streams to implement innovative solutions addressing client business challenges
Collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing junior team members to ensure project quality
Utilize critical thinking skills for data collection, analysis, and the development of sustainable recommendations
Apply proven methodologies and best practices to design effective solutions for complex business problems
Mentor and supervise junior colleagues, providing coaching and performance management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
3 to 5 years of relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team-based environment, preferably in healthcare or consulting
Experience in a client-facing, professional services environment
Direct supervisory experience, including coaching and performance management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and willingness to travel up to 80%
Preferred Qualifications
Project lead experience, overseeing the work of junior colleagues on engagements
Experience working directly with clients on projects
Strong ownership mindset
Preferred experience in a matrixed organization
US Work Authorization required
