What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead one or more project work streams to implement impactful solutions addressing client business challenges - Collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing junior Huron staff to achieve project objectives - Create and utilize work plans to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively - Apply critical thinking skills to analyze data, identify gaps and risks, and develop sustainable recommendations for improvement - Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring quality project deliverables and fostering their professional growth
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree required - 3 to 5 years of relevant project implementation or process improvement experience, preferably in healthcare or consulting - Direct supervisory experience, including coaching, mentorship, and performance management - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) - Willingness and ability to travel every week (Monday-Thursday with occasional onsite Fridays) and work extended hours as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Relevant hospital or physician revenue cycle experience supervising a department and/or team-based projects - Experience in a matrixed organization - Familiarity with denials management, revenue integrity, or patient access services
