Overview
Infosys is seeking a
Data, Analytics and AI Principal Consultant
to enable digital transformation for clients in a global delivery model. You will anchor engagements from problem definition to solution design, development and deployment, and serve as a thought leader for architecture and design reviews. You will lead business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building, shaping value-adding consulting solutions to meet evolving global needs. You will be part of a learning culture that values teamwork, excellence, diversity, and collaboration. Required Qualifications
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of
Atlanta, GA
or be willing to relocate. Travel to project locations may be required. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be substituted for each year of education. At least 11 years of Information Technology experience. At least 7 years of experience in Data, Analytics and AI, preferably in the
Consumer Packaged Goods
or Retail domain. Experience in account management for an account of size > $5M per annum and managing client relationships at Director/GM level. Proven ability to manage projects in Data, Analytics and AI domain and lead teams at customer locations in a global delivery model. Strong understanding of Data and Analytics solutions and architectures (e.g., Medallion architecture, ML architecture), data governance and quality frameworks, tools and accelerators in the market. Experience and willingness to work in a global delivery environment. Candidates authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship are welcome to apply. Domain experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Supply Chain Management – Planning/Execution. Experience solving business problems in the relevant industry, with understanding of end-to-end functional flows of the customer business. Ability to create a Business Plan for expanding business, with understanding of opportunities, competition, and landscape. Continuous improvement mindset, innovation, and growth orientation. Strong communication, articulation, and presentation skills. Understanding of solutions, accelerators and value propositions in Data, Analytics and AI; learnability and openness to new areas. Good understanding of Agile software development frameworks and ability to work in diverse, multi-stakeholder teams in a global delivery environment. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Travel may be required as per job requirements.
