The Team You`ll Be Joining A collaborative, fast-paced creative team that drives the visual identity and storytelling for global sports and entertainment experiences. Reports directly to the Director of Designer Creatives, with oversight of 5-8 designers and UI/UX professionals. Cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Partnerships, and Event teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Location: - Onsite 5 days per week in North Charlotte

What You`ll Be Doing

Leading and mentoring a creative team, providing vision, guidance, and coaching to elevate output and support professional growth. Defining and evolving brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and high-quality storytelling. Developing and executing creative strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with global audiences. Partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leadership on integrated campaigns, high-profile proposals, and executive presentations. Streamlining processes and managing workflows to deliver multiple projects on time without sacrificing quality. Rolling up your sleeves as a hands-on designer when critical deadlines require direct contribution. The Background That Fits

7+ years of creative/marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven ability to manage, inspire, and grow creative teams while handling high-speed, high-demand projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with project management tools like Trello. Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and campaign development for global audiences. A track record of translating business objectives into impactful creative strategies. Experience in sports, entertainment, or live events industries is a strong plus.
