The Role
As a Creative Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring a team of graphic designers to deliver innovative and impactful work. You will set a clear vision for creative projects, providing strategic direction to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various departments to understand project requirements, deadlines, and constraints, and striking a balance between creative freedom and practical needs. Your leadership will be key in guiding the team to achieve exceptional results while contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
Build and manage our in-house brands and their look and feel Come up with creative ideas and campaigns that align with our marketing goals Help senior leaders put together proposals and presentations Set up and keep track of our creative workflows and processes, ensuring deadlines are met and work meets or exceeds our standard of excellence Jump in to help with design work when the team needs support Be the go-to person when issues or questions come up Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent management and design experience Minimum 5 years relevant work experience Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Suite products Experience managing a team and company projects Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a rapidly changing environment Possesses a solid grasp of all basic design principles including video, motion graphics and photography. Organized, accurate and deadline-oriented Friendly personality and the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues Strong communication skills
