We do not support or transfer other visa types (e.g., H-1B).The candidate will perform Application Production Support activities as part of the Prime Services Electronic Execution support team. This role combines providing real-time support for Prime services systems with contributing to broader strategic initiatives. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring system stability, monitoring application performance, and facilitating smooth interactions between IT and the Prime Services business (traders and sales).Role and responsibilitiesProvide proactive and reactive support for Prime Services and Electronic Execution applications.Manage real-time incident resolution to minimize trading disruptions.be involved in onboarding applications into the production environment and working with the global teams on transformational projectsConduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.Develop monitoring tools and perform regular system maintenance.Address performance bottlenecks and coordinate resolutions.Serve as a technical interface for traders and business users.Maintain documentation and share best practices within the support team.As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a dynamic group of professionals who are dedicated to excellence.
