Technical Business Analyst

to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze processes, and design technical solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate proposed technical solutions. Work closely with software developers, architects, and other technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including requirements documents, process flows, and technical design documents. Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to elicit requirements, discuss technical solutions, and gather feedback. Perform data analysis and modeling to support business decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvement. Ensure that technical solutions align with industry best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements. Provide support and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and testing. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry and make recommendations for innovation and improvement. Mandatory Skills

Strong knowledge of commercial lending products and wealth management products. Proven experience documenting user stories, business requirements, and workflows in Agile environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency with requirements management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to commercial lending is a plus

Desired Skills

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on technical projects. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Experience with requirements management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar. Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools, such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Certification in Business Analysis or Agile is a plus
