Guidewire Policycenter Business Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 2 Months
Roles and Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements related to PolicyCenter and the Umbrella Line of Business to ensure project alignment with organizational objectives Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and meet the needs of both personal and commercial lines of insurance Conduct system testing and validation to ensure Guidewire applications function as intended and meet quality standards Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of Guidewire solutions across personal and commercial lines Monitor project progress, report on key performance indicators, and identify potential risks or issues to ensure timely project delivery Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant Guidewire certifications are a plus Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Guidewire PolicyCenter and the Umbrella Line of Business in the insurance industry, specifically in both personal and commercial lines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Familiarity with both personal and commercial lines of insurance is preferred, enhancing the candidate's fit for the role At KAYGEN, we are always looking for dynamic, talented and experienced individuals.
