The EITaaS program supports our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations. The company is leading the way in transforming IT services from an in-house, base-centric delivery model to an advanced enterprise service delivery model.Responsibilities:Serve as a Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment, working closely with product owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams.Act as the primary liaison for capturing, analyzing, and managing functional and non-functional requirements, including detailed user stories.Translate business and mission objectives into actionable system requirements within a prioritized product backlog.Meet regularly with internal and external stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine business needs.Clearly communicate business needs to the development team through well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.Collaborate with the Scrum Master to define Release and Sprint backlogs, assist in resolving impediments, and contribute to sprint planning activities.Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure that solutions meet customer expectations and business objectives.Evaluate completed work to confirm it aligns with requirements and agreed scope.Lead product demonstrations to stakeholders, collect feedback, and report on iteration outcomes.Lead project management activities related to ISN migration, including deployment coordination and status reporting.Coordinate with program members and stakeholders to ensure migration schedules and milestones are tracked, communicated, and achieved.Qualifications:Required: Active Secret clearance10+ Years of relevant experience (bachelor's degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience; master's degree in related field may be substituted for bachelor's degree and 3 years relevant experience).Excellent written and verbal communication skills
