Job specificationCandidate requirementsJob specification•Lead and supervise all nursing and clinical care services across Adult Homes (AH), Assisted Living Residences (ALR), Enriched Housing Programs (EHP), Enhanced Assisted Living (EALR), and Special Needs Assisted Living (SNALR). •Ensure ongoing compliance with all New York State Department of Health (DOH) regulations and internal policies. •Oversee the creation and implementation of individualized service plans (ISPs) in collaboration with care managers and administrators. •Provide leadership, coaching, and evaluation for nursing staff, and supervise aides involved in medication management and personal care. •Conduct initial and follow-up clinical assessments for residents, ensuring timely reassessments at required intervals. •Maintain accurate clinical documentation, data reports, and quality assurance records.
