This role is located in Waukesha, WI. No relocation assistance will be provided. The shift hours will be approximately 6:00am-3:00pm.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $83250.0 - $122100.0 a year.

What you'll do: The Warehouse Manager is responsible for supervising the material handling process from receipt to consumption in the plant. They will supervise the material handling and interplant transportation teams, lead physical inventory preparation/execution, and manage the warehouse. They will drive continuous improvement within the department by improving inventory accuracy, establishing, and maintaining operator standard work, implementing visual controls, and establishing a 5S process. They will support the management and disposition of E&O materials. The Warehouse Manager will also maintain a safe working environment and develop a strong safety culture within the team.
In this role you will:
Team & Transportation Management: Supervise material handling and interplant transportation team; manage staffing, performance, hiring, fleet operations, and third-party logistics.
Inventory Leadership: Lead annual physical inventory and oversee cycle counting to improve accuracy and reduce excess.
Material Flow Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in material flow through standard work, visual controls, process checks, 5S, and Tier meetings.
Warehouse Operations: Ensure warehouse organization, safety compliance, efficient storage, and timely material delivery; manage inventory accuracy and corrective actions.
Inventory & Safety Initiatives: Support DOH goals, execute E&O scrap processes, and serve as PIV Safety Champion and MESH Owner.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a Business field from an accredited university. Two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Two (2) years of SAP experience. Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. Five (5) years of experience working in a manufacturing environment Two (2) years of experience in Supply Chain SAP experience related to IM and WM inventory management.
