Location: Near Moraga, CA Caseload/Population: Elementary school students Assignment Period: Full school year Start Date: Immediate Employment Type: Full-time Certification: California SLPA/SLP licensure required Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience, health benefits, professional development opportunities Key Responsibilities
Provide direct therapy and support to elementary-aged students, under the supervision of an SLP for SLPA roles Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy in accordance with IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students' learning needs Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment, adapting strategies as needed Participate in IEP meetings to provide input and adjust therapy plans in line with student needs Qualifications
California licensure as an SLPA or SLP required Bachelor's degree (for SLPA) or Master's degree (for SLP) in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to supporting elementary students in reaching communication milestones Why You'll Love Working With Us
