Job Description
To effectively and efficiently coordinate the daily operations and patient flow of all of the Urgent Care Centers (UCC). Responsible for evaluating and coordinating staffing needs and maintaining adequate levels of patient care supplies to support clinical, service, fiscal, and employee excellence. Works collaboratively with all Urgent Care Supervisors to accomplish each of the UCC goals. Serves as administrative leadership for all UCC charge nurses and Plaza managers to resolve issues as they arise (e.g., staffing support, troubleshooting employee, patient, and physician issues). Communicates issues and resolutions with UCC leadership in a timely manner. Collaborates with other departments to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-functioning center (e.g., security, cleaning staff, biomedical engineering, property management). Estimated salary range for this position is $91,624.00 - $121,859.92 per year, depending on experience. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred (BSN) Minimum of 2 years nursing experience required Licenses & Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) Registered Nurse (RN) EOE, including disability/vets
