Administrative Assistant Opportunity In South Houston

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant in South Houston. This role plays a key part in supporting our shipping and receiving operations from an administrative perspective. Pay DOE - $17-$20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle shipping and receiving paperwork for incoming and outgoing materials
  • Create packing lists and Bills of Lading (BOLs)
  • Communicate with customers regarding shipping, discrepancies, and documentation
  • Answer incoming office phone calls professionally
  • Respond to customer emails promptly and clearly
  • Support light purchasing and accounts payable (A/P) tasks
  • Perform general data entry and administrative support
