Construction Laborer - $18-$19

We are seeking an experienced and versatile laborer to support all aspects of building and construction. This role requires hands-on experience across multiple trades to support operations and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Areas of support will include framing, plumbing, electrical, tile, paint, cutting, siding, finish, and cabinet building.

Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively.

Read and interpret blueprints and tape measures accurately.

Experience with general labor and construction.

Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.

Ability to read blueprints and tape measures.

Must be able to lift 50lbs or more.

Comfortable standing on feet for 10+ hours a day.

The team consists of 80-120 employees depending on projects, working within small teams for each build process. Hours are from 7 am to 5:30 pm with a 30-minute to 1-hour lunch break. Employees must work 10 hours a day, Monday through Thursday, arriving by 6:50 am for a 6:55 am crew meeting, with an optional worship at 6:40 am. Dress code requires closed-toe work shoes/boots, shirts with sleeves, shorts or pants longer than a tool belt, and prohibits sweatpants, leggings, or athletic wear.

This is a Contract position based out of Cleveland, Tennessee.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
