Maintenance Mechanic

1st shift | Lebanon, IN

We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team on 1st Shift. This position involves performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of heavy industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with hydraulics, electrical systems, and engines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues on heavy equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions independently.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service reports.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding equipment status and repair needs.

Essential Skills

• Troubleshooting skills
• Experience with heavy equipment
• Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems

• Familiarity with diesel and farm equipment

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $73850.00/yr.
