Job Description
We are seeking a Sourcing Manager, Center of Excellence to join our team in a collaborative and dynamic environment. This role contributes to the success of the Sourcing Center of Excellence team, and Sourcing organization overall, through the development of long-term processes and workstream strategies while leading multiple projects to ensure the continued maturity and success of the organization.

Position location This role is located in Deerfield, IL, following a hybrid work schedule. Our work schedule provides the flexibility to work remotely Monday and Friday while being in the office Tuesday Thursday. Travel is minimum, aligned to relationship and personal growth development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide actionable insights to leadership on strategic sourcing initiatives and opportunities for improvement.
- Work it Together by collaborating with functional areas like Master Scheduling, Planning, Manufacturing, Distribution Centers and external suppliers to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Make the Hard Call by monitoring supplier performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leverage Sourcing and ERP systems experience with a data driven approach to continuously innovate and creatively develop solutions and process improvements to enable more mature outcomes.
- Conduct detailed assessment of existing processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies with defined action plan to address, improving standard work and increasing adoption.
- Utilize data and analytics to create insights to accelerate results-oriented decision making.
- Steward supplier lifecycle processes (onboarding, sourcing, contract lifecycle, offboarding) meeting the growing needs of the business.
- Identify trends and opportunities for Sourcing through industry involvement that drives insights into best practices, including opportunity identification and adoption of AI.
- Provide training and change management for the organization to foster awareness and user adoption of changes as they occur; often partnering with other functional teams outside of Sourcing.
- Take an active leadership role in initiatives and opportunities to advance the Sourcing Center of Excellence.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, related field OR equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Global Sourcing/Global Supply Chain with understanding of supply chain workstreams and embedded processes.
- Ability to develop, lead, and change manage process, tool, and platform adoption in collaboration with all functions within Global Supply Chain.
- Proven ability to utilize analytical tools and methodologies to drive insights and decision-making.
- Excellent problem solving skills working through ambiguity, in a matrixed organization, managing trade-offs, balancing conflicting demands while collaborating and executing ideas cross-functionally.
- Experience applying change management techniques, lean principles and project management tools is preferred.
- SAP or similar ERP experience is preferred.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $71,000 USD - $107,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
