If you're ready to make a direct impact and keep things running perfectly, we want to hear from you!salary: $19 - $23 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesAs a Printer Support Specialist, job duties include: Provide daily support for network and workstation printers, responding to customer requests for technical assistance and training. Assess printer malfunctions, troubleshoot paper jams, and resolve a variety of printer issues. Deliver toner and manage on-site consumables inventory. Perform new printer installations, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Escalate serious problems to a Customer Service Technician and, as necessary, to the Integrated Account Manager. Keep customers informed about the progress of problem resolution. Provide end-users with detailed remote access knowledge and document complete troubleshooting information. Qualifications: 2+ years of Technical or printer support in a fast paced high demand environment. Proven IT Help Desk Support experience (application & hardware support). Technical Training & Certifications: HP Certifications. Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Proven PC and mathematical skills.
