Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on Brokerage accounts.
• Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency while meeting department performance metrics.
• Provide functional support for Brokerage Cash Management products and services, Brokerage Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial-related inquiries.
• Contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Aptitude to multitask and adjust quickly in a busy financial service center.

Qualifications

• Preference for 1 of the following criteria: College Degree
• Previous contact center experience
