We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Textile Sales Representative to expand our market presence and grow our client base across the United States. In this role, you will be a brand ambassador, leveraging your industry knowledge and sales expertise to build lasting relationships with NEW and existing customers.

This is a Full-Time commission-based position that is in person based in our North Carolina USA facility.

Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and generate new leads through cold outreach, research, and industry networking.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored textile solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our product lines, including technical specifications, market trends, and competitive offerings, to deliver compelling presentations.
  • Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and negotiation to closing deals and providing post-sale support.
  • Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and market developments to position our products effectively.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using our CRM software.
  • Trade Shows: Attend relevant industry trade shows and events to showcase products and network with potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5 years or more years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in the textile or related industry.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, textile design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex information and negotiate contracts.
  • Self-Motivation: Proactive, organized, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software to manage sales activities and client data.
  • Travel: Ability to travel for client meetings and trade shows.
  • Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive base salary of (e.g., $50,000–$80,000).
