Job Overview:

We’re hiring a Project Manager or experienced APM with a background in specialty contracting within the commercial construction space. This role will help oversee multiple active projects, working closely with superintendents, field crews, and clients.

Industry-specific experience is not required, but candidates must have commercial construction experience working for a subcontractor or trade contractor.


Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate materials, labor, vendors, and subcontractors

  • Track budgets, schedules, and project documentation

  • Support or lead client communication, RFIs, change orders, and closeout

  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and timeline adherence

  • Collaborate with field and office teams to drive job performance

  • Help implement structured workflows and improve job execution


Ideal Background:
  • 3–7 years of experience in commercial construction

  • Experience with project coordination or management in a subcontractor role

  • Comfortable managing several active jobs at once

  • Proficient in construction software and project tracking

  • Organized, coachable, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment
