Job Overview:
We’re hiring a Project Manager or experienced APM with a background in specialty contracting within the commercial construction space. This role will help oversee multiple active projects, working closely with superintendents, field crews, and clients.
Industry-specific experience is not required, but candidates must have commercial construction experience working for a subcontractor or trade contractor.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate materials, labor, vendors, and subcontractors
Track budgets, schedules, and project documentation
Support or lead client communication, RFIs, change orders, and closeout
Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and timeline adherence
Collaborate with field and office teams to drive job performance
Help implement structured workflows and improve job execution
Ideal Background:
3–7 years of experience in commercial construction
Experience with project coordination or management in a subcontractor role
Comfortable managing several active jobs at once
Proficient in construction software and project tracking
Organized, coachable, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment
