Our client, a leading organization in the finance sector, is seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant to join their team. As a Senior Revenue Accountant, you will be part of the Global Revenue team supporting various stakeholders in the revenue recognition cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and a self-starter attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support annual and quarterly revenue forecast and analysis for internal management reporting.
• Review large sales transactions to ensure revenue recognition and deferred revenue are accurately recorded based on the terms of the agreement.
• Complete monthly revenue accounting and close responsibilities.
• Communicate technical issues related to revenue accounting.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis of revenue and deferred revenue.

What's Needed?

• CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting experience (Big 4, Industry, or a combination of both).
• Proficient user of MS Office Software, including MS Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, and Apollo is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
