Grant Thornton is seeking a Solutions Marketing Manager to join the team. Approved office locations can be found below.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders for our three service lines (Advisory, Audit & Tax) to identify and scope solution-specific priorities
• Translate solution priorities into marketing plans aligned with firm-wide objectives and complement ongoing campaigns
• Collaborate across marketing teams (campaign, content, web, etc.) to bring solution marketing plans to life
• Plan, execute and track the marketing performance of solution-aligned initiatives, sales plays and micro campaigns (including M&A)
• Plan and oversee execution of solution-specific partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand presence and generate qualified leads
• Coordinate with the Alliances team to activate marketing potential of partnerships
• Analyze marketing data to understand performance and improve ROI
• Work with onshore and offshore events and sponsorships teams to elevate execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing matters within the service lines
• Maintain and optimize the solution presence and description on external website
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Technical Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA preferred
• 5-8 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in B2B professional services, preferably Accounting & Consulting marketing
• Understanding of marketing channels and their impact on strategic goals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create compelling content and presentations
• Excellent project management, critical thinking, and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Collaborative, able to work with teams to achieve goals
• Trusted advisor, sought out by leadership and stakeholders
• Innovative and creative approach to solving problems
• Commitment to learning and adopting best practices
• Client service skills and ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn new programs and technologies quickly
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM, and digital marketing tools
• Understanding of key industries: Financial Services, Professional Services, Real Estate & Construction, Manufacturing, Energy, Technology, or Healthcare & Life Sciences
• Ability to travel as needed

Salary & Location

The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Chicago, IL, Downers Grove, IL, Denver, CO and Baltimore, MD offices is between $104,000 and $156,000 per year. The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Washington, DC, Iselin, NJ and New York, NY offices is between $112,300 and $168,500 per year.
