Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Employee Relations & Culture
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Promote organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Performance Management & Training
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and support professional development.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Manage benefits administration and payroll coordination.
- Strategic HR Support
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in sports or a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
