One of Insight Global's top employers within the financial services industry is looking for a service delivery representative to sit hybrid in San Dimas, CA. The role involves supporting the risk compliance group, examining, assessing, and combining data to provide information for clients. The position will provide administrative procedures and oversee all client payrolls, working alongside banks.

Responsibilities
- Support the risk compliance group and examine, assess, and combine data to provide information for clients.
- Provide administrative procedures and oversee all client payrolls, working alongside banks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data handling and reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Handle 25–30 inbound/outbound calls per day in a high-volume environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Banking or financial services experience
