Charles Hunter Associates is hiring: Social Worker in Franklin Township

We are looking for a Senior Social Worker to join a Children's Referral & Assessment Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in frontline and assessment work.

About the team

The team is responsible for making assessments, decisions, and performing statutory functions to ensure the correct outcomes for children and their families. They work with children with various needs such as CIN (Children in Need) and CP (Child Protection). You will also need to make judgments on the appropriate course of action for each case referred from our MASH Team.

About you

Knowledge and experience working within a frontline team, such as Child Protection or Referral and Assessment, is essential. You must hold a degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW), have at least 3 years of post-qualifying experience, be registered with Social Work England, and have access to your own vehicle.
