TEKsystems is hiring: IT Support Specialist in Happy Valley

Overview

Join to apply for the IT Support Specialist role at TEKsystems. A government company in SE Portland is hiring an IT Helpdesk Technician to join the team for a great opportunity!

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by phone and in-person – 30 calls daily and primarily phone support
• Reset passwords in Active Directory
• Enroll mobile devices in DUO
• Install software on Windows and Mac devices (primarily Windows devices with some Macs)
• Assist customers with mobile devices (iPhones and iPads)
• Troubleshooting issues such as audio/microphone issues, failed software installs, VPN, etc.
• Answer questions about Google Workspace
• Direct customers to the IT Service Portal

Qualifications

• Need to be a good personality/culture fit with strong customer service skills
• 2-3+ years of IT Service Desk experience
• Experience with Active Directory, SCCM and helpful to have knowledge with Intune and JAMF but not required
• Plus to have experience with Google Workspace (will be using Google and not Microsoft 365 or Teams)
• Windows/Mac Installs, and supporting iPhones/iPads
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
