IT Infrastructure Support Job at TEKsystems in Braselton

Overview

Our client is looking for a desktop support resource for a 12-month contract with the possibility of long term extension or conversion. This candidate will be working alongside a team of two technicians and the site manager. The initial responsibilities are to come on board and immediately assist with end user technology support. This role provides basic desktop support and coverage for Windows PC environments, printers, and related connectivity, as well as email support (Outlook issues).

Responsibilities

• Provide basic desktop support in a 100% Windows environment.
• Support Lexmark and Xerox printer hardware and connectivity; perform break-fix as needed.
• Handle Outlook/email related issues and manage ~10–15 tickets per day on ServiceNow (experience with ServiceNow not required).
• Support hardware including Windows CE Intel handhelds and truck computers; training will be provided.
• Potentially assist with Android devices.

Shift and Work Location

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 3:30 pm. This is a fully onsite position in Braselton, GA.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on classification and length of employment. Benefits, if eligible for this temporary role, may include:
