Medical Assistant Clinic (Contract-to-Hire)
We're looking for a compassionate and dependable Medical Assistant to join our clinic team. This contract-to-hire position working 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities
Measure and record patient vital signs Efficiently triage incoming patients Conduct follow-up phone calls Communicate clearly with parents and guardians Support providers with room preparation Perform room cleaning and sanitation Administer point-of-care testing Carry out phlebotomy procedures Essential Qualifications
Prior experience in medical assisting Prior experience working with pediatric patients Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques Additional Requirements
Valid RMA or CMA certification GED or high school diploma required before onboarding Work Environment
Friendly, low-stress office setting Work with the same provider across two clinic locations Standard hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch Immediate accrual and use of PTO and sick time Supportive providers who respect and follow schedule Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
