Qualifications
To succeed as the CEO, you should have :
- Proven executive leadership experience in a healthcare-focused nonprofit, research, or policy organization, with a solid track record in strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated success in fundraising and cultivating multi-stakeholder partnerships, including foundations and corporate supporters.
- Expertise in healthcare, health economics, patient engagement, or value assessment, with solid operational management skills in budgeting, compliance, and staff supervision.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with solid public speaking, facilitation, and virtual team leadership experience.
- Willingness to travel as needed; fluency in English required, additional languages a plus; relevant licenses or certifications in healthcare or research preferred.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as the CEO will include :
- Define and communicate the organization’s vision, translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and positioning the Center as a thought leader in healthcare value assessment.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, foster a high-performing virtual team, ensure financial health, and support staff development and succession planning.
- Lead resource development efforts, cultivate relationships with funders, and implement strategies to sustain and grow organizational revenue.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson, build strategic partnerships, and represent the organization at national forums, media, and policy discussions.
- Act as liaison to the Board, facilitate effective governance, and support strategic decision-making and policy implementation.
