This is a full-time position with day shifts from Monday to Friday, featuring variable days and a total of 40 working hours per week.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide evaluations and treatments for patients with various diagnoses, including postoperative care, joint replacement, back pain, tendonitis, general deconditioning, balance, and vertigo issues.Utilize advanced hands-on techniques and therapeutic exercises.Involve in patient education and create individualized rehabilitative programs.Work collaboratively with a team to manage a typical patient ratio of 8 per day (Monday-Thursday) and 6 on Fridays.Address a variety of patient needs such as orthopaedic and sports injuries, gait training, balance training, musculoskeletal dysfunctions, neurological disorders, and pelvic floor dysfunction.Requirements2 years of current Physical Therapy experience required (new graduates will not be considered).Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.Previous rehab experience is mandatory, along with at least 3 months of travel experience.Must possess a valid NPI and have an updated CAQH profile.Flexible to work inpatient PT as needed and treat all diagnoses typically seen in outpatient clinics.Experience with CPSI EMR is highly preferred.Previous experience working with PTAs is a plus.Candidate must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as the community does not have public transport.Contract DetailsThis position is for a contract of 182 weeks, with holidays observed and mandatory coverage required during specific holiday weekends.Why Join Us?This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist looking to make a significant impact in a supportive outpatient clinic environment.
