Material Handler!! - Muskego WI Worksite Address: Saturn Dr. Muskego WI 53150 Peoplelink, in partnership with a National Waste Solution company, is seeking professional personnel to assist with material handling. The MATERIAL HANDLER will assist with loading material from stationed satellite and transporting material to centralized accumulation. The MATERIAL HANDLER will then sort and bale material and load into a staged semi-trailer. This is Material Handler position is on 1st shift Monday to Friday Part-Time / As-Needed (flexible schedule between 7:00 am - 3:30 pm) with a competitive PAY RATE of $20 (based on experience) Material Handler Responsibilities: Material Handling: Receive, unload, and store incoming materials, ensuring proper handling and storage procedures are followed to prevent damage or loss. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, inventory checks, and data entry into inventory management systems. Order Picking: Fulfill orders by accurately picking, packing, and preparing materials for shipment according to company's requirements and shipping schedules. Material Movement: Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to safely transport materials within the warehouse. Loading and Unloading: Load and unload trucks, containers, and other vehicles, ensuring that shipments are properly secured and handled to prevent damage. Quality Assurance: Inspect materials for damage, defects, or discrepancies, and report any issues to supervisors for resolution. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), safe operating practices for equipment, and compliance with OSHA regulations. Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Material Handler Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Why Peoplelink?
