Director of Finance - Hospitality Group
Location: West Hollywood, CA (Onsite)
Salary: Up to $180k + Full Benefits including 100% health coverage & 401K Match
We're partnering with a privately held hospitality group that operates a portfolio of upscale properties across California's most iconic destinations. With continued expansion on the horizon, they're seeking a Director of Finance to lead all accounting and financial operations across multiple locations.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll manage a centralized accounting team, oversee day-to-day operations, and help implement scalable processes to support growth. You'll work closely with executive leadership and act as a key advisor on financial planning, compliance, and strategic decision-making.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll manage a centralized accounting team, oversee day-to-day operations, and help implement scalable processes to support growth. You'll work closely with executive leadership and act as a key advisor on financial planning, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting operations across multiple properties (GL, AP/AR, budgeting, reporting)
- Manage and mentor a small but growing team, helping rebuild and professionalize the finance function
- Own monthly closes, internal controls, cash flow management, and financial reporting
- Partner with executives and consultants to develop forecasts and support strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within hospitality or multi-entity environments
- 3+ years in a supervisory/leadership role, with a focus on team development
- Strong command of Sage Intacct , Opera Cloud , and Excel ; familiarity with Oracle a plus
- Experience building out or restructuring accounting workflows and systems
- Clear communicator comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders
