Key Duties
Negotiate and draft complex real estate deal documents, including purchase agreements, financing documents, and commercial leases. Conduct due diligence and manage transaction timelines for commercial real estate assets. Advise clients on structuring deals and mitigating risks in Westchester and beyond. Collaborate with partners and colleagues across corporate, tax, and litigation teams to deliver high-quality, practical legal solutions. Ideal Candidate
8+ years of real estate transactional experience at a law firm. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong deal execution skills, ideally from a larger firm environment.
