This Senior Marketing Manager, Platform Product role provides go-to-market leadership for Platform solutions, collaborating with Product, Learning Science, Discipline Marketing, Market Development, Brand Experience, and Discipline Strategy Teams. Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Go-to-Market Strategy Develop and lead go-to-market strategies for Macmillan Learning's technology platforms. Synthesize market and product data to create strategic marketing plans that inform campaigns to meet revenue and activation goals. Lead cross-functional go-to-market teams to inform product development roadmaps and position new products, features, and capabilities to the market. Build key themes and stories to support product launches and releases. Contribute to product and feature positioning and messaging to differentiate Platform solutions in the market. Positioning and Messaging Synthesize market insights to create effectively segmented positioning, draft personas, and messaging that communicates technical concepts through use cases and storytelling. Provide product information and stories to inform channel and discipline marketing campaigns, content development, website strategies, webinars, and demand-gen tactics. Develop key positioning and messaging documents, competitive analyses, sales enablement presentations, and data sheets. Voice of the Market Be the central voice for market information from prospects and customers to guide market segmentation, competitive landscape, differentiators, and opportunities. Foster scalable internal feedback to understand customer needs, inform product roadmap, ensure message efficacy, and deliver solutions to challenges. Provide market research and customer feedback to product management teams. Plan, execute, and synthesize market research with Market Development, LSI, and Product teams. Analyze adopter-flows and recommend mechanisms for frictionless buyer and onboarding processes to increase adoption and usage. Sales Enablement Collaborate with discipline marketing, product teams, and sales to create standardized tools, training, and insights that reinforce product value and help win new business. Create and deliver templates for sales presentations, battlecards, positioning guides, product comparisons, and competitive intelligence that can be customized for specific disciplines while aligning with marketing strategies. Qualifications

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 2 years product marketing experience (any industry) Strong written and verbal communication across departments and teams Team-oriented with cross-functional experience in distributed teams Ability to analyze and synthesize data to identify objectives and implementation paths Ability to work independently in ambiguous or new situations Ability to quickly identify and respond to market trends Technically savvy with ability to learn our products and industries Strong presentation skills Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of PowerBI and Salesforce Excellent communicator and cross-functional partner with strong relationship-building 3–5 years in technology product marketing, SAAS experience Experience with AI-supported marketing workflows, tools, and analytics Product Marketing Alliance certification Salary Range 115,000 – 130,000 USD Exemption Status Exempt Physical & Work Environment

This position requires periods of close concentration, multi-tasking, travel about 15% seasonally, and overtime as needed. Remote eligibility applies with certain location exclusions: Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Mississippi, Nevada, South Dakota, West Virginia, Wyoming. Benefits
