RSM is seeking a

Temporary Manager

to support financial crimes

model risk validation and optimization

projects for banking and financial services clients. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in financial crimes models and backend coding, with the ability to manage teams, lead engagements independently, and ensure scope and deliverables are met. Key Responsibilities

Lead

financial crimes model validations

(AML, sanctions, KYC, optimization). Work with platforms such as

Actimize, Verafin, Oracle FCCM, and Fircosoft . Apply

backend coding and data analytics skills

( Python, R Studio, SQL, Alteryx ) to test models and analyze data. Manage staff: scope projects, review work, coach, and guide junior professionals. Oversee execution of

work programs and deliverables . Present findings clearly through reports and client presentations. Qualifications

7+ years' experience in

banking or consulting

with a focus on

financial crimes and model risk . Proven experience validating

financial crimes models . Strong proficiency in

Python, R Studio, and SQL

(backend coding required). Experience managing teams and engagements. Implementation experience

is a plus. Certifications such as

CAMS, CPA, FRM, or CFA

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range. Compensation Range: $68 - $102 per hour
