Overview Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid Remote

Total Earning Potential (Salary + Bonus):

$91,061 - $113,820

Generous Time Off:

Up to 22 days off in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months.

Flexible Hybrid Role:

Up to 50% remote work. Telehealth determined by the BCBA when clinically effective for the client.

CEU Stipend:

$2,000 annually for professional development.

License Reimbursement:

We cover the cost of your BCBA license renewal.

Your Role and Impact As a

BCBA

at Cortica, you’ll oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You’ll lead a team of

behavior technicians (BTs)

and empower them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

Achievable Targets:

Average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload.

Uncapped Bonus Potential:

Opportunity to earn more by increasing billable hours, adjustable to your pace.

Growth and Advancement:

Opportunity to advance through BCBA levels I–IV, increasing leadership impact. At levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22 hours to focus on leadership development and broader professional interests.

Autonomy over Schedule:

Full control over when and where you supervise your cases.

Administrative Support:

Scheduling, billing, and credentialing handled by our team, freeing you to focus on care.

Qualifications and Requirements

Master’s degree in a related field (human services or equivalent).

Current BCBA certification required.
