As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, interacting with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements to ensure solutions meet their needs. You will collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architecture solutions. Your Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Analyze and interpret business needs; translate requirements into system architecture and design. Lead requirement gathering, blueprinting, testing, and documentation; assist clients in testing cycles; deliver training prior to go-live; provide post go-live support. Stay current with annual releases of SAP Asset Management (Plant Maintenance) functionalities. Collaborate across workstreams (procurement, project systems, finance, quality management, production, materials management, warehouse management, supply chain, and IBP) to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions. Travel to meet clients as needed to build relationships and understand needs. Qualifications and Skills
A bachelor’s degree. Typically 2–4 years of experience with SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance (PM)/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). Strong technical skills in application functional design and asset management principles. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and client service skills. Experience in technology requirements definition, analysis, and mapping; ability to translate requirements into business solutions and manage configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Ability and willingness to travel up to 40-60%. Preferred/Additional Qualifications
Prior consulting experience or deep functional experience. SAP Certification(s). Experience in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, mining and metal, or oil and gas (energy). Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of SAP Asset Management. Experience with additional SAP or third-party tools such as planning, scheduling, MRO data governance, workforce management, service and asset management, or related SAP modules listed in the original job description. A comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900 (specifics by location may vary).
