EY seeks to leverage SAP technology to enhance client operations, focusing on Asset Management/Plant Maintenance (EAM) and related SAP capabilities across supply chain, FICO, data analytics, and more. Your Opportunity EY's Agile Business Transformation enabled by SAP technology focuses on business outcomes beyond technology alone. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements, collaborating with technical teams, and delivering effective system architecture solutions. Responsibilities
Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models and processes and ensure solutions meet business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver SAP system architecture solutions. Lead requirement gathering, workshops, and the documentation of functional specifications; assist in testing cycles and deliver client training; provide post go-live support. Stay current with annual Asset Management (Plant Maintenance) functionalities in SAP. Work across multiple workstreams (procurement, project systems, finance, quality management, production, materials management, warehousing, supply chain, IBP) to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions. Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree. Typically 2–4 years of experience with SAP Asset Management/PM/EAM. Strong technical skills in application functional design and asset management principles. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Experience defining business requirements, conducting analysis, and mapping requirements to solutions. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies. Flexibility to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 40–60%. Preferred (Ideally)
Prior consulting experience or deep functional expertise. SAP Certification(s). Experience in manufacturing, utilities, mining and metals, or oil and gas (energy). Experience with at least one full SAP asset management implementation. Experience with additional licensed SAP products or modules (examples: 3rd party planning tools, SAP field service management, SAP spatial asset management, SAP service and asset management mobility, etc.).
