Associate Attorney

to join our growing boutique law firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in disputes involving wills, trusts, estates, fiduciary duties. This role offers the opportunity to handle complex matters, work closely with senior attorneys, and develop expertise in a niche and high-demand area of law. Responsibilities
Represent clients in probate and trust litigation matters, including will contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, trust modifications, and elder financial abuse cases.
Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and discovery requests/responses.
Conduct legal research and analyze complex factual and legal issues.
Participate in mediations, court hearings, and trials under the supervision of senior attorneys.
Collaborate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to advance case strategy.
Maintain timely communication with clients and provide legal advice throughout the litigation process.
Manage deadlines and case files with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active member in good standing with the [State] Bar.
3–5 years of litigation experience; experience in probate, trust, or estate disputes is a plus.
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Empathy and professionalism when dealing with sensitive family and financial issues.
