4-6 years of experience in privacy litigation and/or class action litigation. Experience with state and federal laws such as BIPA, FCRA, FACTA is a plus. Am Law 100 experience is strongly preferred. Admitted to practice in Georgia or eligible to waive admission to the Georgia Bar. Education
J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school. Certifications
Admission to the Georgia Bar or eligibility for waiver. Skills
Exceptional project management skills. Understanding of consumer class actions, with emphasis on Article III and Rule 12(b)(6) dismissal strategies.
