As a Traffic Engineer, you will be instrumental in applying critical thinking, problem-solving, and versatile skills to work alongside a team of dedicated engineers, supporting project managers on a variety of dynamic projects. Your contributions will help ensure technical excellence and promote a collaborative, synergistic environment. Responsibilities

Assist in preparing Traffic Impact Studies (TIS) and related transportation analyses for private development projects. Collect, organize, and analyze traffic count data, turning movement counts, and field observations. Build and maintain traffic models in Synchro and SimTraffic to evaluate existing and future conditions. Support project managers and senior engineers with client deliverables, quality control, and deadlines. Support preparation of technical reports, memos, and presentations for clients and review agencies. Coordinate with local jurisdictions and review agencies to support permitting and approval processes. Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and professional organization meetings to stay current with best practices and expand professional networks. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent in relevant work experience. Experience in transportation engineering or traffic engineering. Exposure to Synchro, AutoCAD, or Vissim. In possession or pursuit of EIT. Passion for collaboration throughout the development and execution of projects. Excellent organizational skills. Benefits
