Overview
Marketing Leader full-time, remote from anywhere in the U.S. Responsibilities
Management of the marketing calendar Coordinating the creation of marketing assets for various campaigns, working with Marketing team Writing and proofreading copy for website posts, emails, and other marketing initiatives Contributing ideas for content to be used with digital and associated social media channels Supports and plans meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists Supports communication campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to Commercial Operations team provide instructions for usage and promotion, and is responsible for campaign performance tracking and analytics Maintains inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary Assists in conducting research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data Supports Commercial Operations Team on RFPs as needed Assists in development of all project timelines and budget for US Marketing activities Assists in overall management of the marketing budget Required to attend industry conferences Requirements
2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role Experience in a marketing firm or advertising agency preferred Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrate analytic skills with strong proficiency in Excel Experience using data analytics software for research Excellent communication and presentation skills Well-developed writing and grammatical skills; including copywriting and proofreading ability Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
