Our client, a nationally acclaimed Children’s Institution, is in an exciting phase of strategic growth, building on decades of deep community impact. They are seeking a Fundraising Manager with a strong focus on individual giving, donor prospecting, and diversifying fundraising revenue streams to help scale their mission and expand their reach. This is a standout opportunity for a fundraising professional with a proven track record in building and growing donor pipelines, executing individual giving strategies, and leading compelling fundraising campaigns. You’ll also gain meaningful exposure to corporate partnerships and foundation relations, while playing a key role in appeal development, supporting monthly giving programs, and enhancing donor engagement and retention efforts. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this role offers close cross-functional collaboration, access to senior leadership, mentorship, and outstanding benefits.

Responsibilities
Lead and grow individual giving programs, including cultivation, stewardship, and retention
Proactively identify and engage new donor prospects to expand the individual donor pipeline
Support and execute annual campaigns, appeal letters, and special fundraising initiatives
Help manage and grow the monthly giving program and digital donor engagement strategies
Track donor activity, maintain accurate records, pull segmented donor lists, and build reports and dashboards in the CRM
Make personal stewardship touches, including thank-you calls and donor follow-ups
Collaborate on corporate giving efforts and foundation engagement as needed
Partner with the Development, Program, and Finance teams to align fundraising goals and strategies
Contribute to overall revenue planning, donor segmentation, and long-term development strategy
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Certified Fundraising Credential (CFRE) or related credential is a plus
Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, with a focus on individual giving and donor engagement
Proven success in donor cultivation, prospecting, and campaign execution
Experience with monthly giving programs and digital fundraising strategies
Strong writing skills with experience drafting appeals, donor communications, and campaign materials
Proficiency in donor CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge), data segmentation, and dashboard/report building
Organized, analytical, and proactive with excellent follow-through and time management
Exposure to corporate and foundation fundraising is a plus
Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and a passion for child advocacy and social impact
