Senior Vice President of Finance for the Americas. The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance for the Americas. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership to the Americas Business Unit, with a focus on improving financial reporting, visibility, and systems. This role involves overseeing accounting and finance operations, financial and tax reporting, financial planning and analysis, and managing incentive compensation. The SVP will work closely with the COO and senior leadership to steer long-term decision-making, lead the annual budgeting process, and drive improvements in financial systems and tools to enhance operational efficiency. A key aspect of the position is to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial statements with GAAP / IFRS standards and to lead a high-performing, remote finance team. Applicants for the SVP of Finance role at the company should have a proven track record in a similar executive finance position, preferably within professional services.
