: $200,000 - $275,000 Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining the highest standards of financial management. Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize the organization’s financial health. Prepare and present accurate, timely financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing insights into the organization’s financial performance. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk, advising the leadership team on financial decisions. Supervise the finance and accounting departments, providing leadership, mentorship, and support to the team. Oversee audit processes and ensure proper controls are in place to safeguard the organization’s assets. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including auditors, regulatory agencies, and financial institutions. Serve as the primary financial advisor to the leadership team, helping to guide strategic initiatives and decisions. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation preferred. Proven experience in government or university financial management.
