Regional Marketing Manager – Nursing and St. John Community

Lutheran SeniorLife provides a comprehensive array of community based health and social service programs throughout western Pennsylvania.
Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty.
Responsibilities Responsible for working with LSL Nursing Facilities and Personal Care and Independent Living at St. John Community to identify and develop target markets within the community for collaborative and referral opportunities. Drives marketing and move-in strategic marketing plan to increase leads/referrals to achieve census goals. Develops advertising, collateral materials, and works with Lutheran SeniorLife Corporate designee to implement media relations strategies. Works with key community leaders in an effort to build strategic partnerships to advance awareness of the LSL programs and potential business opportunities. Works with LSL Leadership to ensure that community relations goals and activities are achieved.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year college or university or licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Commonwealth of PA.
3 to 5 years in healthcare marketing or related experience and/or training.
At least one year supervisory experience.
Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required—knowledge of Publisher and database software.
