Overview
BD is seeking an ambitious and driven Territory Manager to represent our company in the Miami, FL area. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals, increasing revenue from existing accounts, and establishing new business opportunities. As a product expert, you will educate healthcare professionals on the proper use of BD's innovative medical devices and provide on-site technical support during procedures. Preferred candidate is Miami or Fort Lauderdale based. Responsibilities
Attain sales goals and drive revenue growth within your designated territory Develop new prospects and establish customer relationships Provide training and education to physicians, surgical staff, and other stakeholders on BD's product portfolio Offer on-site technical support to ensure effective utilization of BD's products Maintain thorough knowledge of BD's products, distribution channels, and industry trends Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events to promote BD's offerings Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support special projects and initiatives Education
A Bachelor\'s degree is required for this position. Experience & Skills
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities Excellent organizational and planning skills Understanding of contract administration and group purchasing principles Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays (at least 60% travel required) Valid driver\'s license and satisfactory driving record Satisfactory criminal background check Ability to meet customer/medical facility access requirements, including drug screenings On-site collaboration is valued, with a note that for most roles, a minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week is expected to maintain our culture of excellence and ensure smooth operations. Remote or field-based positions will have different workplace arrangements indicated in the job posting.
